Hi there, I have a defender 110 hi cap pick up. I have fitted heavy duty Terra firma springs and shocks higing me a 2" lift, and also fitted 35x12.5 wheels and tyres, but I need to stop or reduce the rolling on the suspesion, how do I do this?

i have med kit on my 110, handles well, dont seem to roll about in corners, perhaps its your driving style

It may sound silly, but are your tyres correctly inflated? HD springs on an unloaded Hi-cap shouldn't give to much body roll. As above, your large tyres won't help due to flex in the larger sidewalls and likewise your lift will raise the centre of gravity.

No anti roll bars, deffo body roll, i run well loaded most of the time, and obviousley the suspension lift raises the centre of gravity, but i was looking for educated advice, is there a specific anti roll bar that cab be fitted? has anybody fitted one? who makes them? will it fit straight on?

Later models will have them, but may have been removed. If not search anti roll bars land rover you never know you might get an answer.

You could try helper springs inside the current coils or even air suspension bags. If you want the benefits of anti-roll bars without losing your articulation offroad, then X-eng make a detachable anti-roll bar. It's not cheap though.

Failing that try a breakers yard, flebay etc for a secondhand version that someone has removed.

There is also a company (possibly extreme 4x4) that make beefed up anti-roll bars designed for 'fast road' defenders. They may be able to help you

Edit:

This may be of use, see pages 437 and 433
