Just had to do the same to my TD5 rear tub to get the forward facing rear seats to fit. Had new arches fabricated and I am just in the process of fitting them. Hopefully finish them this weekend😀

Will post some more pics of the fabricated arches and the fitting tomorrow, when I can get to my PC.

Ah I see. Those do look nice but they're not disco seats are they? Brackets are totally different, mine just attaches with 4 bolts

No these are the original puma tdci ones as far as I am aware. The arches are different in the new ones from what I understand which is why I had to have the new arches fabricated. Are yours the exmoor trim forward facing because I believe they fit straight in to the existing tub?

Nope. I fitted disco 2 forward facing seats and jam1 was asking why I had to cut my wheelbox to fit them in and he mentioned yours. The ideas similar but the bracket on yours is totally different

Ah, that will be why then. These are defender 90 CSW forward facing seats. Only found out the arches were different after 2007 once I had the seats. Which is why I had to get the new arches fabricated.

I understood why you cut the boxes wolf I was just wondering if you could get away with just raising them and extending some of the seats metalwork instead:)
Wildman these must be the most complicated/engineered folding seats I think I've seen, nice fab job on the arches/boxes.
