I just had indicator light guards arrive. I didn’t read the small print properly and expected them to be powder coated steel not PLASTIC!! I guess it’s a good thing, considering the corrosion problem with steel and aluminium but they look a bit naff. Anyone else use these? Cheers
 
I do. Really like them, much better than steel. Dont damage the body when you hit something.
 
It's not the guards that cause the corrosion...it's what and how you fix them to the bodywork...
 
My classic had light guards..................

And all they did was bust the plastic lens, ironically if the guards weren't there the lens would of been fine!!
