Defender heaters are crap, fact. Get on eBay and buy a heated seat pack for £60, best thing i bought...

Mine must be knackered then cos it gets so hot I have to open the window......

which is handy cos I normally need to drive with my elbow outta the window  :D :D

Ok, I might need to re-word that. Mine does actually put out a fair bit of heat but I lose it straight out the door gaps and into vast expanse inside the rear of the body where it all goes through the roof, heated seats FTW

blinkin yung uns dont know how lucky you are ..the..series we had as the family transport when i was a kid had a rag top and no bleedin heater.....except the gearbox on a long run in the summer. the old man had some sort of leccy bar heater stuck to the windscreen with two suction cups to clear a hole in the ice on the screen. in the depths of winter we had a plywood bulkhead behind the seats to try to keep the gearbox heat in the cab area.... which meant all 4 of us had to squeeze in the three seats.... good job 2 of us were wee.

if yer need heat get a disco.

Ah you see the worlds moved on since the flinstones were driving, we live in a world where heat is to be expected, how are we meant to use our touch screen devices with cold hands?
