Is it possible to convert a commercial hard top to a county station wagon? There are no county station wagons available in Ireland. There are quite a few hard tops and I heard that a conversion can be done with window packs etc...?

Any tips greatly appreciated.

Thanks. I need to check with IrishRevenue also. They introduced a new law in 2010 so I will be hit with a tax for converting.

Does anyone out there have a black or dark grey 90 station wagon in good nick with td5 engine so a 98 to 06 I guess?

Major headache in IrelNd to have this done. Insurance firstly needs engineer report and underwriter review. If it passes then to testing centre accompanied by suitably qualified person report then onto revenue for a 36 percent vrt charge per open market selling price.

Have found one though, a station wagon, 03 so all is good. Now to the exiting part, doing her up. . .
