I have my eye on a decent defender(1988)but am told it has a few rust holes either side of the bulkhead,other than this it is a sweet motor.I havent yet owned a landy yet and this is in my price range can I get round this or am I buying trouble.

Ye can buy corner repair panels and weld them in. Ye may want to try doin' a search on here as the same problem has been covered quite a lot of times

prepping my landy at the mo and when rubbing down corners of bulkhead,found it has had replacement corners b4..which is good for me
