Hi all i have fore sale a defender 90 300tdi on a 1997 R reg unfinished rebuild. i was planning to finish this chassis swop and complete body rebuild i just dont have the time to finish. hear is as far as i have got with it. i have painted the new galvanized chassis. painted the bulk head the engine has had a complete gasket set fitted top to bottom and the block is all painted up. it has a new timing belt fitted also a new heave duty clutch and heave duty clutch fork fitted. new engine and gear box mounts fitted. axles have been painted and new wheel bairings fitted all round. front axles have had new swivel houseings and new cv joints. complete polly bush kit fitted. iron man +2" shocks and springs. wireing lume has been completely checked re wrapped and routed. the land rover starts and runns like new. it also has a cat 1 alarme and imobiliser fitted. all that is needed to finish is the boady putting together and painting seat box could do with new sides and rear tub floor replacing all these parts can be picked up from yrm metal solutions quite cheep. also beeds discs and pads fitting and brake lines running through. there is prob a heck of a load more to put on. if any boady is interested let me know and i will be taking some pics if any body needs any info drop me a message I am looking fore about £4000 ono it stands me at about £8000+ just dont have the time need to get rid and clear some space i am a mechanic so all the work that has been done so far i know is spot on.
