A andy99 New Member Jan 12, 2009 #1 Hello all, new to this forum. We've just bought a Defender TD5 with a rising oil level problem. Suggestion is its a injector problem. Anyone experienced this problem before? Cheers Andy

A andy99 New Member Jan 12, 2009 #3 Thanks for that.... I did do a search but just wondered if anyone had anymore to add and to get my first posting. Plan to swap on injector at a time and see if it fix's it. Only worry if it's not an injector and needs a new head or something. Cheers Andy

ratty I'm not special I'm limited edition Jan 12, 2009 #4 It'll either be the injector seals/copper washers or injector rail in the head cracked. Change all the injector seals first. If this doesn't then start looking for a new head.

A andy99 New Member Jan 13, 2009 #8 Thanks for the replies. O rings have already been replaced, try one injector at a time first. Then look at the head! Lets hope its an injector. Cheers Andy
