Hiya!
We're getting ready to move back to the USA, and as per usual, we were given a bit of misinformation. We're just wondering if anyone has imported a LR to the states recently. Ours is 1986, so over 25 years. If anyone knows anything about the DOT (Department of Transportation) or EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) import paperwork, we would be most appreciative. I'm combing through the USA websites, but it's difficult to understand.
Here are my primary questions, but include any information:
1. Will my Land Rover pass the EPA's check?
2. Will it be considered an automobile or truck? There's a significant customs difference.
