For Sale: 1992 (J Reg) Factory V8 CSW.
I've owned this for approx 10 years, but times have changed and it needs to find a new owner. It's a bit tatty, rough around the edges but has never let me down
Factory v8 CSW in Metallic Red (don't ask me which exact shade!). Approx 165K miles.
Fully rebuilt, top hatted cross bolted 4.6 V8 fitted approx 10k miles ago.
Thor EFI inlet, Ford EDIS electronic ignition driven by Megasquirt 3x.
Wideband O2 sensor.
AEB / Gasitaly multi point LPG injection, with twin underslung tanks. Can be easily removed if not needed as plug and play looms were used.
3.9 exhaust manifolds, Stainless RRC Y pipe mated up to TD5 back section. All factory parts, and gives the V8 a nice rumble without being 'chav'.
4HP22 Auto box.
Revotec twin electric fan kit, with X Eng sender.
X-Eng disc handbrake, with RRC handle next to drivers seat.
X-Eng pedal & ignition lock.
TD5 dash / centre console conversion.
Electric front windows using LR motors and switches.
Remote central locking & alarm.
Heated front screen with proper Mobilecentre wiring loom.
285 65 16 BFG ATs with loads of tread, on Modular steels.
Fox remote reservoir shocks, +2" springs all round
LaSalle trim headlining.
Swing away spare wheel carrier.
Masai 1 piece tinted load area windows.
Overall, mechanically it's solid, the chassis has been patched a few times but is pretty good, but the rear crossmember could do with stripping back and cosmetically tidying up. The bulkhead is also starting to bubble under the paint in the usual places so will need some love in the next few years. It's MOT'd until October, if I get a chance I will get 12 months test on it before it sells but things are very busy at work at the moment!
Located near Malmesbury, Wiltshire.
It's very hard to price this as there's not that many of them about, so £10K, offers considered!
