have a look for the T*O*S*S*E*R*S and S*L*U*T*S Salisbury freds - look at the pics. basically open BOATS, some very rutted and bomb holes full of water. Ensure yu go kitted up for being recovered.

Would also suggest local knowledge helps, we were lucky when we there we had folks who knew their way round - made a huge difference. Was good.
Bare in mind that it is owned by the military and access can be opened and closed at will, so any pre-defined routes can be altered at a moments notice. as Kev said - best to go with those that are experienced on the Plains.
