Have the cat rattle I'm afraid. Its on LPG so the need for cats is not high priority. I did read on here somewhere that you can use self tappers to stop the rattle. Can anyone confirm this and where on the cat is best pinned and what size of tappers

Did mine years ago - size? Big buggers. Passed four MOTs since without probs.

Now waiting for the next instalment - autopsy of the idiot who cut his cats open. Lots of heavy metals and nasty toxins in a used cat - take an angle grinder to a catalytic converter and get free cancer from breathing a toxic dust storm in... :doh:
