Hi folks. I am new to this forum and I live in France where we moved in 2003. I am now on my fourth Land Rover (all automatics) having had two early Range Rovers, both with diesel engine conversions, then a series 1 Disco 3.5l V8 Petrol/LPG, which I still have but will be selling soon, and now I have recently bought a series 2 LHD (c.late 2002) which is in extremely good condition with 220,000km on the clock.
As we live in a rural location, bad winter weather plus a need to pull a trailer, means that the Disco meets all our needs for general use.
Looking forward to getting ideas for ease of maintenance and repair as I usually do all these myself with the help of a friend.
