Would value your thoughts. Looking at a 2010 D4 HSE. 88,000 but only covered 8,000 in last 4 years, and only 500 in last 6 months, and 1500 over the last 12. Serviced annually and t cambelt apparently changed by owner mechanic. Last 3 MOT clean but when dealer preparing for sale this week it had excessively corroded rear brake pipes front to back, front bushes needed replacing, rear discs excessively worn, rear pads sub 1.5mm.. These all corrected for nee MOT. Former mechanic has a garage that does MOT.. Would you be suspicious of the service history given the owner hasn’t changed the discs or bushes in the 4 years of ownership? Is there a way to visually check it cambelt changed?

If the owner mechanic can't keep simply yet crucial stuff like brakes and bushes spot on, then I'd cautious of anything else that's supposed to be done.

Be aware that the 3.0L TDV6 crankshafts can break for no apparent reason.

I would move along if I was you.
The seed of doubt has been planted in your haad, and it will not go away.
