Hello all,

Before I take it to my local grease monkey and pay out a small fortune would anyone have any ideas as to why my first and second gear may be stiff. My Clutch pedal is a little spongy and in my opinion too soft, so would reverse bleeding the line to see if there is air in it be something to do? I am also tempted to change the slave and master cylinder as it seems a straightforward process.

Is there anything I could look at before going down the route for changing my clutch plates if needed.

how is it stood with engine running going through all gears

It can be stiff in first and second at times and sometimes it is no problem. I will have to see in a bit when I set off home but typically stiff in first and second and fine through the others.

and reverse, its not clutch unless all gears especially rev are stiff to find when stood with engine running

Would it be the bias plate? It rakio bush you think? I’m only spitballing as I am not sure.
theres no rialko bush, theres is a steel ball in a plastic basket,is lever actually stiff when pushed over to 1st 2nd then forward back or just gear selection
