2003 D2 TD5 issue: mine has a "meow" sound coming from the steering when turning sometimes even while driving straight ahead. To keep in mind:

1) Disco has a 2" suspension lift,
2) Temporary de-activated the ACE

I wonder what can be causing that or if it related to the two items above. Any comments are welcome

Check your top and bottom knuckle joints. See if the boots are split.
