hi
Can I pick your brains please, the fault that I have is no throttle except tick over,it just happened no previous concerns.i have changed the throttle pedal complete with potentiometer and connected to nanocom comes up with driver errors have checked all connections at ecu, header and pedal,4.44 volts on pin 20 to switch throttle pedal readings on both channels when pedal operated and 12 volts out of ecu on pin 14. Warts also checked faults cleared on nanocom but return straight away any help much appreciated as I can feel the idea of scrapping if this goes on much longer.

Did you fit a two track throttle pedal to a 3 track throttle pedal car?

If so the throttle won’t work - check the part numbers of new and old assuming old worked ok....

...12 volts out of ecu on pin 14...
Then IMO your ECU is fubar cos it should be 5V there
4.44 volts on pin 20
pin 20 is not used, the TPS has supply on pin 14 must be around 5V, track 1 pin 12 and track 2 pin 36

3 track pedal on Eu2 models should work as long as the setting in the ECU is for 2 track cos the 3'rd track will be simply neglected, the problem is the other way around if you fit 2 track pedal to Eu3 modells cos then the 3'rd track is physically missing

Same part numbers on both pedals is the ecu meant to be outputting 5volts on pin 14,is it generated by the ecu

Yes, 5V on pin 14 black plug, just told you in my previous post
