Hi all , 03/auto/diesel 140k miles , trying to get the aircon working.Replaced the compressor and the pipe that wears through.Had the system pressurised with dye and there is a leak near the condenser/receiver-drier area.I'm trying to source all the o rings/seals to give to my local garage to complete the job in one go .I've tried my local Landy dealer/online and Rave for part numbers.Only O ring part numbers I can find are STC3176/STC3177 for the compressor. The O ring for the dual pressure switch and other pipes are shown (drawing M82 0543 PG82-84 service manual) but no part numbers come up so far.Does anyone know of a specific source/specification? It could be a bit hit and miss with an o ring kit as the garage can't test it only the aircon recharge people. Thanks ! Pete

Thank you : )

Ur very welcome

There are many D2 members here who are extremely knowledgeable so can at least confirm 100% there be ok for u

Ps, Got to replace the condenser / dryer on my D3 so bought the O ring set , a lot cheaper than buying them individually

I can't tell in which compartment but the proper o-ring for the dryer is present in that box i'm sure cos i've bought that ebay kit few years ago for other vehicle but the receiver on my D2 was replaced few months ago together with the compressor which was blown and my mechanic fitted new o-ings to the compressor and dryer from that box

Or you buy an o-ring repair kit and make your own. Unbelievably they work apparently and can make any size you want and they are cheap!

Thanks guys , I got the suggested kit and replaced a couple of seals and it passed pressure testing and now works ! Quick question , I have the manual , I know the econ button switches off the compressor, if the climate control aircon is left in fully auto and the measured outside temperature is less than the temperature inside does it switch the compressor off ? Eg can you turn the compressor on/off by altering the required temperature ? Thanks ! Pete
