Looking for some help on cylinder head only number I can find is 12M85D anyone shed any light - or am I looking in wrong place?

Casting quality is really good on heads compared with block - deffinatly from a diffrent era. So I was wondering where they came from and more importantly are they unleaded friendly

if the heads are have only 10 bolt holes then they are suffix b engine which is the smaller combustion chamber 28cc latest type heads.
if 14 hole then unknown but will be 38cc heads
