Today I have carried out a very easy repair - wouldn't have thought so at first but, it sure surprised me.
I had a small nick in the rubber CV boot on the passenger front driveshaft, grease was escaping so I knew it would be an MOT fail.
Faced with having to undo the high torque nut and remove the driveshaft or even replace it I didn't relish the task,
so, thought I would give one of those Split boots from "Stickyboots" a try
Was much, much easier to do than I'd have ever believed and it really does stick together well - after curing for 20 minutes I had to stretch the boot onto the outer hub and it held up.
So far so good and a big thumbs up for "Stickyboots" :5bcheers2:
