On rebuilding my SIII I've run into wiper issues. The arms should travel in opposite directions (divers side anti clockwise, passenger clockwise) but mine both go clockwise. They do however park in the right place.

I think this means I need to invert the wheel box on drivers side but before I remove the dash can any one confirm?

Workshop manual shows the left side wheelbox is below the rack while the right side one is above the rack. Picture on page 84-3 of the repair operations manual.

Yes that's right
Not the best photos but may help , that's if I done it right!!!

Thank you chaps, at least I can tear back into the dash with some confidence. Hopefully I can go straight through the binnacle but we will see.

@wwwfc666 you appear to be making an absolute minter, good work.

Took years to get this far but will be worth it in end!
