Both doors and door cards are scarce, and expensive.
One answer might be to use Series doors, all parts for them are much cheaper.

Best of luck, they do come up occasionally, but you may have to do some restoration work on what you find, most are not in perfect condition now.

My old door cards have the winder hole cut in. No good for you as you have sliding windows.
I prefer no door cards as it does not trap the mud etc
