As they title suggests I am in need of a new heater blower motor for my 93’ lse which is really annoying as I’ve just fitted a spare from my stash due to mice nesting in my dash and eating my loom only to discover that it’s seized up while sat in storage.. so I wondered if anyone else had done one lately and one which fan to buy??
Mines a hard dash lse with aircon (which works!..) I’ve seen a couple of options online, a fan/ drum assembly which seems to have the same wiring plug as mine but is listed as ‘non aircon only’ and a more expensive fan ‘kit’ made by British Atlantic which has a couple of brackets and seems like a pain in the nads to make fit with holes to drill etc.
If anyone can help shed some light it would be much appreciated!

If the motor is the round unit that mounted vertically from the bottom of the heater box then it the same unit fitted to 300 series D1. The D1 200 series is the same as the early RR from the 1980s and mounted horizontal.

The heater blower motor and the air conditioning motors are in two separate areas... the heater motor is I. The heater assembly and the air motors... there are two.. are above the passenger foot well
The heater blower motor can be bought as a set with heater core from Atlantic British ....
To remove the heater assembly you would need to remove the whole dash...
It is a great project and not difficult... but time consuming... I always suggest to try and acquire a replacement assembly and rebuild it first then do a remove and replace...
But if your fan is only stuck
You can take a thin long stick and if you look into the center cowl vent and there you can see the fan...take the stick and turn the fan to loosen it up .., i know it sounds crazy but it works ...if the wireing is intact it should come on... it’s a shot in the dark...
