Interesting. Seems to be more Devon based. There is a mention of East Cornwall.
Not surprised really, right down here is a difficult environment for thieves.
Like being on an island, few ways out, and everyone knows each other.

Shame that the pc tendency is so strong in journalism now. I wish they would just say it was gyppos, same as usual.
