well its been 3 months since I put some k seal in the engine when this last happened, came back from a drive down the m6 steady 70mph no thrashing, no problems. Started her up this morning and let her run for 20 mins before driving coolant dripping from the back of the engine. Now no cream in filler cap, floor dry in drivers foot well checked hoses of what I can see any ideas love this car missis moaning about the work being done if its the valley gasket how hard is it to change im pretty good with the spanners just a point in the right direction, or what else could it be. It can be fine most days dry as a bone and then its like niagra got too be coming from the back of the engine rear

Could be valley gasket. Bit of a pig to do as lots to remove first.
Get yourself a copy of RAVE and follow instructions on there, allow a weekend to strip / clean (properly) and reassemble.

Was looking along those lines carnt be anything else,just waiting for the right time too strip her down what gasket would you recomend there are a couple on the market

Composite type and smear a wee bit of silicone over the water ways to help keep a nice seal
