Right then knowledgable peeps can you give me some advice on how's it possible to change a 90 from a 2/3 seater to a 6/7 seater

1st up the legal side of things
Is it straight forward to change on the V5 document?
Does it make insurance tricky?

2nd up the practical side of things
How easy is it to fit benches or folding seats?
I take it I would need to fit seat belts and is this tricky?

I am currently looking at buying a 90 and though this might increase my options a bit

Would like to contradict slightly,
V5 - check your V5 mine has no number of seats ( brand new V5 as only got it a month ago)
Insurance - Told my insurance its a 3 seater and im planning on putting two more in the back, Got asked to call them to let them know, Done now no change in premium or any thing,

The rest is easy and you dont need seat belts.
