Hi, I own a Range Rover sport 56 reg, I’ve owned it for over 2 years, a couple months ago I purchased a brand new compressor as my current one was broke. Since I’ve replaced the compressor with the new one it’s been great, I’ve had no issues whatsoever with the suspension until… yesterday I took it to a tyre shop to get 4 new tyres put on and it was freezing while I was waiting so the guy told me to wait in the reception so I did, got the tyres put on and drove home everything seemed fine, I then went to go back out about an hour later and the suspension light came on, the compressor kept running for awhile and then it just stopped and now the compressor isn’t working at all, the back seems to be jacked up higher than the front, I have no idea what this means? I’ve tried googling it but all it comes up with is a weak compressor which surely can’t be the case with mine being new, Is it possible the tyre guy dropped my car or didn’t put it in access mode maybe? I can’t really point fingers at him as I wasn’t watching him carry out the work so he could be innocent for all I know, I just wondered if anyone else has had this issue before after having tyres replaced? I’ve also tried disconnecting the battery for 10 mins and re connecting it, the compressor still isn’t working, I tried taking the compressor off and re connecting it, still nothing. I’ve booked a guy out with a diagnostic tool but he can’t get to me until Friday I was just wondering if there’s anything else I should try in the meantime. Thanks for reading, sorry the post is so long!
