My 1996 2.5 Range Rover DSE runs cold all the time.
The neddle hardly goes above the blue in the winter.
In the summer it indicates normal temprature even when towing.
The viscous fan is running all the time so I guess this is why engine is cold.
Anyone have any ideas or remedies.
