I am new to this forum and I wanted to see if anyone would be willing to decipher the follow two OBDII codes for a 1997 Land Rover Discovery. My check Engine light has illuminated and the OBDII codes are:
P0138
P01193

To what are they referring? What do I need to do to correct the issue(s)?

P0123 code means that the the car's computer has detected that the TPS (throttle position sensor) is reporting too high a voltage. dont know if this is right but this is what google came out with. hope it helps

P0138 - Oxygen sensor circuit high voltage,downstream sensor,bank A.
P01193 - Oxygen sensor heater circuit inferred open circuit downstream sensors.
