Hi all
I am having problems with my clutch on a land rover discovery 2 it makes a noise when the engine is cold
I think it may be the thrust bearing I also had problem with gear change difficult to get in and out of gear after a long run

The noise is probably the spigot bush

+1 on that. Mine's been like that since I had it 10 years ago. Only when cold.
