Talk about a ball ache, rubber boot split causing inside of bore to corrode and jam the piston, new slave purchased months ago, today decided to fit it, wish I had not bothered!
Floors up/trans tunnel up/out, and still it was an arse to get to the front one of the two bolts, thought I will remove the whole mounting bracket, could I get it past the clutch arm? was the clutch rod seized solid in the adaptor tube? had to unscrew the pushrod to get access to that one bolt, putting it back was almost as much fun.

Then I had to replace the brake mcyl as that had decided to work sometimes, that in comparison to the clutch slave was a breeze, whole pedal box out and on the bench.

Easy to bleed clutch and brakes as have one of them compressor pressure bleeders, best thing ever.

On the plus side it is all up and running again.
