Hi everyone, looking for someone good to fit new clutch/flywheel to my disco td5. Anyone got an idea how much and is anyone willing to give me a price. Car is in Hampshire. Just stared slipping this weekend when i towed my mates mini-digger back for him.

Hi, cant offer assisitance but mine did same thing today towing horse trailer. feels like i am in neutral and then been ok again. Does that mean new clutch needed ? teh pedal has always been stiff but only comparing to my saab so dont know if that means anything !

is the odd slip ok when towing or does thi sneed changing ?

hi there mine started whilst towing my caravan booked it in at my local garage £920 later it was done makes a big difference nice and smooth no vibration tis tres expensive as the labour alone is about 5 hours and theres no cheap alternative parts as the gearing is quite hi u need to slip on inclines to get it going it will just get worse i know

sorry to bear expensive news....lol

i hope you got new dual mass fly wheel ,as wasnt cheap even using proper parts

yep got every thing couldnt beleive the price hhahahahaha wasnt laughing when i paid the bill
