hi, can anyone help me, im on paddock landrover site and im trying to find a release folk for my discovery but i have no ides witch one to get i have a 1996 discovery v8, i think its a discovery 1, any help would be great, im after a new clutch, plate bearing and folk, if anyone knows a better place that would be great, thanks for any help you can give.

Errr ... would that be a 'clutch plate', a 'clutch release bearing' and a 'clutch bearing release fork' you're looking for?

If you looked for them using their right descriptions you might begin to get somewhere.

The plate and the release bearing usually come together as a kit, so that only leaves the fork. Why does that need to be changed?

If you go to somewhere like euro car parts they will be able to specify the correct item got you. Or contact paddocks with your chassis number and they will supply the correct items.

do dont need a fork as it is a cast item on the v8 and is reusable
