hi, can anyone help me, im on paddock landrover site and im trying to find a release folk for my discovery but i have no ides witch one to get i have a 1996 discovery v8, i think its a discovery 1, any help would be great, im after a new clutch, plate bearing and folk, if anyone knows a better place that would be great, thanks for any help you can give.

you shouldnt need clutch fork as yours should be cast one 576137 and not ftc 2957 pressed steel one prone to fail on tdi,all companies supply parts from the same wholesalers just pick good parts borg and beck etc
