Is this a DIY job ? 1996 300TDi disco,

Its squealing to us that's its had its day, having done plenty of spanner work but non on the Disco apart from water pump and alternator is this a job i could tackle ? I'm guessing the problems are gearbox ect been a tad on the heavy side, if its not DIY any recommendations in north Derbyshire area?

certainly a fairly easy diy job. but better with a 2 man team. the box is bloody heavy.
