how can i make my clutch pedal easier to push down it,s stiff as hell.any tips would be helpful. billboy.

There are a few threads about fitting the "modifed" spring kit to it, assuming you have the type that is a known issue.

also make sure your pedal is the correct sort before getting the modification spring kit.

can you take a photo of your clutch pedal including the spring ?

Wasted a couple of litres of fluid bleeding the clutch when nothing was wrong as I couldn't believe I was able to easily press the clutch with my hand. Having stripped/cleaned/greased all the clutch hardware as well as fitting new slave and master cylinders as part of fitting new clutch and Disco ratios to the transfer box. I was surprised how much an improvement standard stuff made. 2003 TD5.
