Hello,

I have just purchased a 'M' reg Tdi. It has just had a new clutch fitted and the bite point is very very low, Is there any adjustment so i can change the bite point ?

The slave cylinder is notoriously difficult to bleed. Would suggest this could be your problem.

Thanks for the reply, i believe it was a DIY job so could well be what you said, thanks.

Is there any special method for bleeding the slave cylinder ?

Get yourself an Ezibleed pressure bleeding kit.

Has proven it's worth to me on more then one occasion
