First go at posting on the forum - so if I have made a mess of it please let me know. As part of my current project (Lanny 90 with 200tdi) I have biten the bullet and paid out a vast sum of money to have new nozzles fitted to the injectors and had them cleaned and tested ready to go back in. Then, while cleaning the head, I was faced with the problem of cleaning out where the injectors locate. My solution to this was to turn to my shotgun cleaning kits. The first diameter was cleaned spotless using a 12 bore kit and the lower section was cleaned out using a 16 bore kit. The kits have to be gentle enough not to mark shotgun barrels but tough enogh to remove cardon debris. As I said at the beginning, this is my first post , so if you think this is useful or not please let me know.

That'll work well , copper-slip the injectors tho before you refit ( not the tips or seal face tho ) .
