As usual I need help.

Having swapped all the major parts of the abs system on my classic LSE from a donor I have a problem. Although I tried to be exact by labelling the brake pipes prior to removal from the duff unit the brake fluid made my writing unreadable and I am not 100% sure I have them back on in the right place.

The reason for this is that while the pump will reach pressure and stop now after about 2 miles on a road test the ABS/ETC lights both came on and won`t go out.I am only interested in the pipes from the front of the unit as I know the others are good.

The pump is still too noisey and will kick in if I brake moderately hard, which may be down to some air or the diaphram on the accumulator giving out and so not having the gas pressure to act as reserve, any thoughts.

Any other suggestions for the lights would be welcome,I did think it may be an ABS sensor and totally coincidental. Help please before I give in and take it to Landrover for the diagnostic tests.
