Hello everyone.

I am arranging for some local lads here in Swindon to get together on the 29th of December to travel down and have a play on Salisbury plain.

I know a group from here have been recently, I couldn't go because of work. I normally take a camping cooker so I can cook a couple of bacon rolls for those who come when we stop for lunch (I also take the tea, coffee, soup etc).

Id love to get to meet some of the members on here, while enjoying a grate day out at the same time.

My mates and I do not know the plains very well and we are planning to try to get down their monthly to build on our experience. It would be grate if we could gain the experience of a landy fan from here at the same time.

So if any one here would like to join us for a day out over xmas, some fun driving, and bacon rolls, then please let me know so I can compile the catering numbers.

Hi everyone. This started off a cold frosty day, but once the sun came out at about ten am, it was brilliant.

The most landys on the plain I have ever seen on the same day, that and hundreds of bikers.

I even got lucky to find a byway/ditch that we came across many trips before and hadn't been able to find again. Unfortunately this time we couldn't drive it as it was too flooded.

We met a lot if like minded friendly Landy drivers.

Luckily I took plenty if extra food etc and happily cooked extra bacon sandwiches for a few passers by, we always have extra tea and coffee anyways.

We have plans to try and do a trip once a month or so.

I am happy to try and arrange another one if you let me know.
I'm busy for most of this month, but if a any one would like to go during February let's start looking at dates soon.
