Hey guys, I know you have heard it all before but here goes....
After much considerations and saving i have finally decided a chassis swap on my 90 is the best option due to the immense corrosion...

Heres what i plan to swap-

*New Galv Chassis :)
*Bulkhead
*Clutch
*New rad (The old one is about 20% effective!)
*Poly bush kit
*Brake pipes
*Braided hoses

I am allowing about £2000 - £2500 for parts alone and no specifit time scale.

Is there anything else anyone would reccomend i did whilst i am at it?? Any specific tips that any chassis swapping veterans have??

Thanks in advance!

why's that then sean?
my old 87 90 is fully poly bushed , cant fault um meself , my new td5 when it went for its end of manufacterers warranty service/checkup/mot and they had toi replace the whole lot of the rubber bushes (at 3 years old think thats crap! )
poly bushes have been on there for longer than thast and still going strong.

I have poly bushes they have lasted approx 3 months and are now loose as arseholes and handling is terrible stick to metalastic standard bushes!
