RR P38 4.6 running on gas. Is it possible to remove the Cat. I've been told this will improve both the power and fuel economy. Any advice :welcome2::confused:.

Thanks

hi there, yes it will improve power by around 20bhp and fuel consumption may be better, but remember you will need to put them back on for mot.it may also sound a bit louder

will it really i never knew that, just check that your lamda sensors are before teh cat,if they are after the cat them your light will come on when you remove the cat.

yes you will have to put lambers back on. you can fit them into new pipe you putting on, do it befor you fit pipe

Tried them there quoting £470 for a complete system without cats but with sensors, Any other ideas? Ashley have said they dont do much for 4x4 and maybe i should try a specialist? ffs lol
