Might be a silly qouestion
will the freelander be ok going through a car wash
will the rollers get up high enough , dont want to do any damage
 
Make sure you hold onto the doors as well, they might fall off

as for fitting no problems, I took a disco through many times.
 
5 door freelanders are ok for carwashes but not the 3 door models.

remove the ariel on 5 door model first though.
 
Yer, good point about the airel, went through a car was in my 5 door, forgot the airel and snapped it off. :doh: .
I always go to the hand car washs now, they do a better job without destroying your car. and most of em are about £4 or 5 the same as automatic ones.

Bull****, the 3 doors are also ok going through as long as you unscrew the aerial...............well at least mine is.
 
Work in a quarry, 5 door went through the free car wash 4 times a week without damage, took the ariel off every time.
 
Isn't it just a matter of which you prefer ... the final blow job of the car-wash, or a hand-job?

Just quoting the drivers handbook,page198,regarding softback canopy and hardback "Never use an automatic car wash or a high pressure hose"
