The height limitation appears to be 2083mm and I believe the Defender is 2076mm so, in theory the answer should be yes, but I wanted to check if anyone has had a problem in the past.
Thanks in advance

7mm isnt much, i hope you have had the car from new so you know its got standard springs and tyres on it ;)

Think it depends on the Borough. I used to live in Ealing and had no problem with my 110 (Until the LEZ forced me out of London). I think they have a set of figures that they refer to- they never measured mine which has HD suspension and a roof-rack helping it stand much higher than that!

Its LEZ exempt if its a 110 County, If you type your reg no into the LEZ website it will tell you if exempt.

I wouldn't move to London if they gave me a 110 let alone let me drive one about

LEZ was just an excuse to leave really- 110 is a hard-top so not exempt. Still have to commute in on the train for the time being, but the Herts countryside beats the city anyday!

If it's all about emissions why is a V8 petrol allowed in

It's about money, making the truck industry upgrade their vehicles

Its becuse any thing but the country is classed as van not a car, so are charged £100 a day van rate. (I think)
