I recently had the engine in my land rover changed and the diesel mixture was set too high i was just wondering if there was any way to turn it down if yes then how????????

Sorry poor phrasing I'm sure it will be the one under the bonnet
what engine model is it that you're asking for help with?

its a landrover 90 2.5td

Look on the lucas injector pump, there will be a little tickover lever, and also a maximum speed screw. Try adjusting them. Or maybe your timing is just off.
