did the camel trophy ever use a (2 or 300TDI discovery commercial????)

The only thing that seems to be mentioned on the disco taking part is the type of engine 200 or 300 Tdi and the number of doors 3 or 5.

No doubt your www search has shown the same.

looking at some pic's the 3 door disco dosent have seats in the back it has a roll cage .

but the 4 door dose have seats .

so dose that make the 3 dore a comercial ?
