Afternoon all. I’m due to change the belts on my Rover 25 Commerce L Series…..been 4 years already.

It’s got an oil leak on the cambelt side, I’m not sure if it’s the rocker, cam seal or crankshaft seal. I’ve ordered all so I have them on hand.

I assume the cam seal is a matter of removing the one on the toothed wheel, picking out the old one, and pushing in a new one?

What about the crank seal? Cambelt side?
