I am having an issue with the sat nav in the p38 I recently purchased.

The sat nav fires up and works to a point. I can select most of the functions and set navigation using the rotary button. However the 4 buttons on the display do not seem to function (mute, menu, repeat, re-rte).

Any suggestions on what could be wrong much appreciated

Use Google maps...
Sorry..... Unless the buttons are worn inside the unit or dirty maybe.it may be a question of taking a look inside at the control panel

The inbuilt sat nav is a waste of time, way out of date. Google maps as Mark said.

Waze works well on Android.

I know the standard sat nav is poor, but this is more about having the unit working than using it for on road navigation.
