I have by chance, driven past a few byways in north herts over the summer and EVERY one of them has been closed with a locked gate. Does anyone know if this applies all over herts or was I just unlucky?
The lanes to the west of Broxborne look good and are open. Only looked at them from the ends as only had road car with me, but giving then a go weekend 13/14-10-06.
