What issues would I need to consider if buying a 2010 Freelander 2 with 140k miles?

What work should I check has been done/changed, and what work would I need to check etc once purchased?

Possibly thinking of buying one that I know of.

When was it last serviced, as heldex been checked and looked at, the belts are due in another 10,000 miles, make sure it as all the same make of tyres and that they are in date by the dot code, if Auto as the gearbox oil been changed if so when was it,
